I was on the search for a gaming laptop for my new game World of Warcraft. When I found this laptop and found that its memory and video card was over the system requirements, I thought my search was over. I installed World of Warcraft and then the next day, the computer acted like I threw it off the table! I fixed it with the System Recovery (hit f11), and then it worked again but it deleted all my World of Warcraft data! I reinstalled World of Warcraft all over again, installed ITunes, Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, and Sonic the Hedgehog. I turn it off, and then pops up a blue Stop error screen which is also known as the Blue Screen of Death. And to be honest, it was like death. It wouldn't even start on Safe Mode. I later called Customer Service, and they helped me right away. I went through the hard drive tests with some "India" dude who had a 6 year degree in Computer Engineering, and we found the problem. Turns out the hard drive was faulty and needed replacing. They replaced my hard drive for free just because I sent the old one in. I was relieved to know that my computer would be fixed. I'm getting the hard drive soon and I seriously can't wait to receive it.
